SAP HCM Consultant

Synechron is seeking an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting various SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, and Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal regulations.
• Support personnel administration processes, including employee data management and organizational hierarchies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP HCM system issues; coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and provide continuous support to HR users.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system updates.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM updates, legal compliance requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, time management, and personnel administration.
• Ability to modify and customize SAP HCM modules to meet business needs.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with HR teams and understanding HR workflows.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP HCM certifications.
• Knowledge of local legal and compliance requirements related to payroll and HR.
