About the Job:
The SAP HCM Functional Consultant Lead possesses strong leadership and expertise in HCM-related SAP modules in the implementation of SAP HCM solutions. They work with HR teams to configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Non-SAP Applications.

The lead is responsible for ensuring the successful rollout of HCM projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing strategic insights to optimize HR processes. They also oversee training, testing, and user support for SAP HCM solutions.
