Job Description:
Must-Have:

  • Experience in SAP HCM Payroll expertise for MEA, including UAE Payroll.
  • Minimum 5 full lifecycle Payroll implementations.
  • Strong experience of SAP HCM Payroll processes and functionalities.
  • Extensive experience in S4 HANA migration projects (minimum 2 migration projects).
  • Deep understanding of SAP Payroll (MEA, UAE) including Gross to net calculations, rules, and taxes.
  • Hands-on experience in year-end and quarter-end processes related to HR/MEA, UAE payroll.
  • Experience in SAP HCM sub-modules – OM, PA, and Time.
  • Ability to design, configure, and maintain payroll components, including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, and reporting.
  • Configure and maintain all wage types, determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association, and permissibility rules.
  • Lead and manage payroll workstream to contribute to overall project success.
  • Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development.
  • Understanding of Time Off rules and configuration of Time Objects (Time Profiles, Time Types, and Time Sheets).
  • Strong executive presence to interact with Customer Top Management.
  • Experience in handling incidents, error analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
  • Proactive monitoring of solutions and applications, with suggestions for improvement areas.
  • Experience in Annual HR Support Pack testing, Year-end activities, Legal Reporting, and related defect correction.

Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of intelligent services.
  • Familiarity with other modules is an added advantage.
  • Ability to conduct discovery meetings with customers to identify current processes and future state requirements, supporting presales efforts.

Responsibilities/Expectations from the Role:

  • Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
  • Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in a global organization.
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization techniques.
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively; self-directed and take initiative to solve problems.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is expected; additional language skills may be beneficial.
