We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a total of 15+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations, with a focus on SuccessFactors.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Position Type: Full-time, On-site (1-year renewable contract)
Language Requirements: Proficient in English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create reports in SAP, SuccessFactors, and other reporting tools as part of ONEERP.
  • Support HC users in performing day-to-day transactions in SAP and SAP Fiori, including HCM related applications.
  • Manage SuccessFactors Performance Management, Learning Management System (LMS), Competency Management, and core HCM modules such as Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and UAE Payroll.
  • Assist the business in all other governmental portals.
  • Support audit and business teams by providing required information/data from the SAP system.
  • Act as the focal point for all SAP HCM-related activities, managing project risks, contingency, and mitigation plans.
  • Assess and report on the business benefits achieved from IT project implementations and collaborate across departments to set realistic project targets and timeframes.
  • Train users on best practices of project management and ensure all digital initiatives are handled according to project management methodologies.
  • Maintain updated project documentation and communicate relevant information to management.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; must be a team player.
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with data models and knowledge of XML system configuration.
  • Experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
  • Excellent command of English.
