Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development.
5+ years of experience with SAP Hybris development and implementation.
Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
Retail experience is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading development teams in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead technical discussions.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience with Hybris customization, extension development, and performance tuning.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
A collaborative leader who fosters teamwork and encourages innovation.
