SAP Hybris Developer

About the Job:
Akkodis is seeking a skilled SAP Hybris Developer with a strong background in software development and extensive experience in SAP Hybris development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a comprehensive understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud, including both B2B and B2C functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Hybris development and implementation.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading development teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead technical discussions.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with Hybris customization, extension development, and performance tuning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative leader who fosters teamwork and encourages innovation.
