SAP Hybris Lead

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced SAP Hybris Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of software development experience and over 5 years focused specifically on SAP Hybris development and implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading large-scale SAP Hybris projects with a strong understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud, including both B2B and B2C functionalities.
• Utilizing your expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies to drive development efforts.
• Managing Agile teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Customizing and extending Hybris applications, along with performance tuning to optimize system responsiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer in significant SAP Hybris projects.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships and leading technical discussions.
• A collaborative leader who fosters teamwork and innovation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
