Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using SAP CPI/BTP for SuccessFactors (SF) to and from third-party systems.
- Work on pre-packaged integration content from SAP (iFlows) and modify/customize them as per business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end SuccessFactors Integration setup including SFTP, API calls, middleware configuration, etc.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues using CPI/HCI monitoring tools and logs.
- Perform version upgrades and ensure compliance with best practices for SAP Cloud Integration.
- Document technical designs, integration flows, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with SAP and third-party vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Support landscape configuration, security (certificates, tokens), and interface scheduling in SAP BTP.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite / HCI.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SFAPIs (OData, SOAP), and compound employee API.
- In-depth knowledge of HCIS integrations, including standard SAP-delivered iFlows.
- Proficiency in Groovy and XML scripting for customization within CPI.
- Experience integrating with systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SFTP, Azure, Workday, etc.
- Understanding of OAuth2/SAML/SFTP/SSL and secure communication protocols.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP services, especially Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, and security configurations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
Language Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
