As the SAP Manager in Program Management at DXC Technology, you will be responsible for managing and executing program plans with a focus on meeting goals within budget and timeline constraints. You will assist in managing program budgets and resource allocation efforts, identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact program delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables. Regular maintenance of program documentation and preparation of status reports will also be key components of your responsibilities, along with effective resource planning to assure efficient program execution.

Essential Job Functions:
- Manage program plans to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Support the development and performance of program management team members.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in managing program budgets and resource allocations.
- Identify and address potential delivery risks.
- Document program scope, objectives, and deliverables collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Prepare regular program status reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in program and project management, with strong skills in program planning, execution, and team leadership.
- Commitment to continuous learning in industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent are advantageous.
In this role, you will be responsible for multiple and/or complex projects, providing strategic insights and ensuring greater visibility to stakeholders than what is afforded to individually managed projects.
