SAP MM Business Analyst

We have an immediate job opportunity for an SAP Business Analyst position. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in the PR-to-PO process and will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, and delivery support across procurement workflows, ensuring seamless integration between requisition and purchase order management. Exposure to AI-enabled use cases, process automation, or digital transformation initiatives will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and support the creation of purchase requisitions, including handling different PR types.
• Design and validate approval processes for requisitions and purchase orders.
• Ensure accurate financial postings through proper account assignments.
• Validate material/service master data and vendor information.
• Support compliance with budgetary controls and cost center allocations.
• Integrate requisitions with framework agreements and contracts.
• Document and analyze rejection scenarios to improve process efficiency.
• Facilitate the seamless conversion of PRs into purchase orders.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and AI-enabled procurement solutions.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst with specialization in procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of the PR-to-PO lifecycle, including requisition creation, approval workflows, and PO conversion.
• Hands-on expertise in GL/account assignment, vendor validation, and budget controls.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process gaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
