Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support the creation of purchase requisitions, including handling different PR types.
- Design and validate approval processes for requisitions and purchase orders.
- Ensure accurate financial postings through proper account assignments.
- Validate material/service master data and vendor information.
- Support compliance with budgetary controls and cost center allocations.
- Integrate requisitions with framework agreements and contracts.
- Document and analyze rejection scenarios to improve process efficiency.
- Facilitate the seamless conversion of PRs into purchase orders.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and AI-enabled procurement solutions.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a SAP Business Analyst with specialization in procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of the PR-to-PO lifecycle, including requisition creation, approval workflows, and PO conversion.
- Hands-on expertise in GL/account assignment, vendor validation, and budget controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
