Collaboration with functional consultants will be crucial to align integration efforts with business processes, while you will also conduct performance tuning and ensure secure and compliant integration practices. Leadership and mentorship of technical teams will be key components of your role.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SAP certification in PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite is preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience with SAP, including at least 5 years in Payment & Cash Management.
- 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience delivering SAP payment solutions in large-scale projects and in client engagement and treasury process consulting.
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector.

Technical & Functional Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SAP PI/PO 7.3 or higher (ESR/ID configurations).
- Proficiency in mapping techniques (graphical, Java, XSLT).
- Hands-on experience with synchronous/asynchronous interface design.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, OData, and API-based integration.
- Understanding of BPM, ccBPM, and Adapter Framework.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and hybrid scenarios.
- Knowledge of integration security (SSL, SAML, certificate management).
