Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Work Conditions:
- Contract position
- Full-time: 5 days per week
- Duration: 4 months (commencing December 8, 2025, until March 30, 2026)
- Daily Rate: $200 USD
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise in Production Planning (PP) and be familiar with BOM (Bill of Materials) setups, production orders, execution, shop floor control, and production records.
- Manage end-to-end flow, designing, documenting, and implementing supply chain flows from procurement to sales.
- Coordinate cross-functionally between logistics, production, quality, and finance teams.
- Integrate factory systems, including MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Exhibit strong communication skills to engage with users and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business language.
- Show proactivity in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and managing timelines in high-paced environments.
Industry Experience:
- Background in the food industry with prior involvement in food manufacturing or processing environments.
- Understanding of regulatory and traceability requirements specific to food production, including hygiene, shelf-life, and batch management in SAP.
Language Requirements:
- English (required)
- Knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese (a plus)
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and custom enhancements
- Understanding of data migration and cutover planning
- Exposure to international operations, particularly logistics between 3PL warehouses and factories
