SAP Principal Functional and Solution Consultant - EAM

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 EAM Principal Consultant to support the implementation and optimisation of SAP Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) solutions within a Defence manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4 modules, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and integration with other SAP modules. This role requires strong technical proficiency, industry knowledge, and the ability to align SAP S/4 functionalities with the unique requirements of Defence manufacturing operations.

The SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solution Consultant is a senior expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing comprehensive solutions for managing an organization's physical assets throughout their entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading workshops with client business and technical teams to capture MRO requirements for defense manufacturing operations.
• Designing SAP S/4 MRO solutions covering planning, work order management, maintenance execution, materials management, quality, and cost tracking.
• Ensuring proper integration of MRO processes with SAP PP, MM, QM, EWM, PS, PLM, and Finance/Controlling, resulting in end-to-end integrated process design.
• Providing workarounds/solutions for process gaps in SAP S/4 and reviewing Functional Specifications for those gaps, if any.
• Ensuring compliance with defense regulatory frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NATO codification, export control, FAR/DFARS where applicable).

The position is based in RIYADH, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and follows a hybrid work arrangement. It is a regular employment type at a professional level, with travel requirements of up to 60% or 3 days a week (home on weekends, based on project requirements), and operates on a general (daytime) shift.
