Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery:
- Lead workshops with client business and technical teams to capture MRO requirements.
- Design SAP S/4 MRO solutions for planning, work order management, maintenance execution, materials management, quality, and cost tracking.
- Ensure integration of MRO processes with SAP PP, MM, QM, EWM, PS, PLM, and Finance/Controlling.
- Provide workarounds for process gaps in SAP S/4 and review functional specifications.
- Ensure compliance with defense regulatory frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NATO codification).

Industry Expertise:
- Apply deep domain knowledge in aerospace & defense sustainment models.
- Map defense manufacturing practices to SAP S/4 functionality and support integration with defense logistics and engineering systems.

Leadership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to functional and technical consultants during solution build and testing.
- Build and mentor SAP S/4 MRO practitioners.

Other Key Activities:
- Conduct training sessions for end users.
- Provide ongoing support for SAP MRO systems and processes.
- Oversee data migration processes for master data accuracy.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for MRO KPIs.
Preferred Education:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 12-15 years of progressive experience in SAP consulting with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
- 5-7 years in a lead architect role specializing in SAP EAM.
- Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance implementations.
- Extensive experience with various SAP EAM solutions including SAP Asset Manager and SAP Predictive Maintenance & Service.
Technical Skills:
- Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
- Proficiency in configuring and integrating SAP Asset Manager.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies for connecting SAP S/4HANA EAM with external systems.
