Your Role and Responsibilities
- Drives design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Finance solutions, ensuring alignment to business objectives and compliance standards.
- Acts as the primary functional authority for SAP Finance streams.
- Leads design workshops for SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, TRM, Group Reporting).
- Translates business requirements into functional designs and solution specifications.
- Guides configuration, testing, and cutover readiness for finance modules.
- Supports integration with logistics, HR, and external financial systems.
- Ensures compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and local regulations.
- Mentors junior consultants and coordinates with technical teams for RICEFW delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of SAP Finance functional experience.
- Expertise in at least two S/4HANA Finance domains (e.g., GL, CO, TRM, Group Reporting).
- Experience leading workshops and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on configuration in S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, CFIN, Fiori Apps).
- Understanding of integration with SD/MM/PP, MDG-F, and Group Reporting.
- Experience with Fiori, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics Cloud Finance content.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations and shared service models.
- Exposure to data migration, data cleansing, and financial reporting automation.
- Familiarity with Central Finance setup and replication.
- Knowledge of SAP Treasury (TRM), Cash Management, and One Exposure.
