This role primarily leverages SAP's HR portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Payroll), SAP S/4HANA HR, and relevant SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services for HR extensions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Solution Design & Road Mapping: Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for HR digital transformation utilizing SAP SuccessFactors and relevant SAP S/4HANA HR capabilities.
- Business Partnership & Advisory: Collaborate with C-level executives, HR leadership, and business stakeholders to provide expert guidance on SAP HR/SuccessFactors capabilities.
- Implementation Oversight & Governance: Provide architectural governance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle of SAP HR/SuccessFactors implementations.
- Performance, Scalability & Security: Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and stability of SAP HR/SuccessFactors systems while addressing architectural risks and compliance requirements.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution architects, functional consultants, and other team members.

Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required Experience and Skills:
- 12-15+ years of progressive experience in SAP consulting and implementation, with a focus on Human Resources solutions.
- 5-7+ years in a lead architect or solution architect role specializing in SAP HR/SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations across various modules.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for SuccessFactors integration.
- Knowledge of HR master data management, organizational management, and payroll processes.
Certifications & Methodologies:
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Integration Center).
- Project management certifications (PMP, Agile Scrum Master) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to guide and mentor technical and functional teams.
