Key Responsibilities:

Solution Vision & Strategy:
- Own the overall SAP S/4HANA solution blueprint for defence manufacturing and sustainment programs.
- Define end-to-end architecture for various domains including manufacturing, supply chain, asset management, finance, quality, and project systems.
- Drive integration with PLM, MES, CAD, and defence logistics systems while ensuring compliance with defence standards.

Architecture Design & Governance:
- Lead architectural design for complex SAP implementations, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
- Develop detailed solution blueprints and technical specifications aligned with architectural standards.

Expert Advisory & Consulting:
- Serve as the primary SAP subject matter expert, partnering with stakeholders to propose innovative solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and support pre-sales activities.

Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide guidance to project teams and mentor junior architects, promoting continuous knowledge sharing.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
- Identify architectural risks and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements.
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Experience:
- 15+ years in SAP implementations focused on solution architecture.
- 7+ years in a lead architect role, with proven experience in large-scale S/4HANA transformations.

Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of multiple SAP modules and SAP S/4HANA architecture.
- Proficiency in SAP integration technologies and cloud deployments.

Certifications & Methodologies:
- Relevant SAP architectural certifications and enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies is essential.
