Position

The SAP Principal Solution Architect is a senior expert responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing comprehensive solutions across the entire employee lifecycle. This role primarily leverages SAP's HR portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Payroll), SAP S/4HANA HR, and relevant SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services for HR extensions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Solution Design & Road Mapping:

    • Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for the organization's HR digital transformation using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HR capabilities.
    • Lead the architectural design of complex HR solutions across various HR functions.
    • Evaluate new SAP HR/SuccessFactors innovations to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Business Partnership & Advisory:

    • Collaborate with C-level executives and HR leadership to align strategic objectives with SAP HR solutions.
    • Provide expert guidance on SAP HR/SuccessFactors capabilities and industry best practices.
  • Implementation Oversight & Governance:

    • Ensure adherence to design principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle of SAP HR/SuccessFactors implementations.
    • Guide teams on complex design decisions and integration strategies.
  • Performance, Scalability & Security:

    • Design solutions to ensure optimal performance and compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:

    • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to teams, mentoring junior members to develop expertise in SAP HR/SuccessFactors.

Preferred Education:

  • Master's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Experience: 12-15 years in SAP consulting with a focus on HR solutions, including 5-7 years in a lead or solution architect role. Proven experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration capabilities.
    • Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and other HR reporting tools.
  • Certifications: Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications and project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master) are a plus.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is expected.

Work Conditions: Hybrid working environment, combining remote and on-site work arrangements.
