Key Responsibilities:

Solution Vision & Strategy:
- Own the overall SAP S/4HANA solution blueprint for defence manufacturing and sustainment programs.
- Define architecture covering manufacturing, supply chain, asset management, finance, quality, and project systems, ensuring compliance with defence requirements.
- Drive integration with PLM, MES, CAD, defence logistics systems, and secure data environments.

Architecture Design & Governance:
- Lead the architectural design for complex SAP implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Develop solution blueprints and technical specifications, translating complex business requirements into clear technical designs.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide governance to ensure adherence to architectural principles.

Expert Advisory & Consulting:
- Act as the primary SAP subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior executives and project teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, and propose innovative SAP-centric solutions.
- Provide thought leadership on SAP best practices across various domains.

Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide technical leadership to project teams and mentor junior architects.
- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the SAP architecture community.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
- Identify architectural risks and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements.
- Champion a "clean core" approach and drive the adoption of SAP Best Practices.
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Experience:
- 15+ years of extensive experience in SAP implementations, with a focus on solution architecture and design.
- 7+ years in a lead architect role, ideally across multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale S/4HANA transformations.

Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge across multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP) and SAP S/4HANA architecture.
- Proficiency in SAP integration technologies and cloud deployments.

Certifications & Methodologies:
- Relevant SAP architectural certifications are required.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAP Activate methodologies.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to guide and mentor teams.
