Your Role and Responsibilities:
Owns end-to-end SAP solution integrity across business processes, ensuring alignment between functional, technical, and integration streams. Acts as the design authority for all major solution components. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain the overall SAP solution architecture blueprint.
- Validate design decisions across modules and workstreams (Finance, SCM, HCM, Analytics, Integration).
- Lead solution governance and chair design review boards.
- Evaluate change requests for architectural impact and compliance.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects on integration with non-SAP systems.
- Guide functional and technical teams in designing scalable, extensible solutions.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 12+ years of SAP solution design and delivery experience.
- Leadership of cross-functional design teams in multi-entity environments.
- Strong understanding of process design, integration patterns, and data governance.
- Experience in solution assurance and architectural compliance reviews.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA core architecture (FICO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, API management, and security concepts.
- Familiarity with SAP best practices, Activate methodology, and reference architectures.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Experience in hybrid cloud SAP deployments (RISE / Private Cloud / Public Cloud).
- Consulting background with exposure to pre-sales, RFP response, and solution estimation.
- Knowledge of Group Reporting, SAC, or MDG integration architectures.
- Awareness of AI and predictive design within SAP Analytics Cloud or BTP extensions.
