SAP Program Manager

About the Job:
Kagool, a global leader in digital transformation and SAP consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead a multi-country S/4HANA transformation programme for one of our flagship clients. This pivotal role is based out of our Dubai office, managing complex transformations across the Middle East and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery of a multi-national SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Serve as the primary client contact for programme governance, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage multiple country rollouts ensuring standardisation, localisation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams including SAP functional, technical, data, and integration leads.
• Ensure delivery quality, budget control, and adherence to KPIs.
• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting and steering committee updates.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in leading large-scale SAP programmes.
• Proven track record of successful S/4HANA implementations across multiple geographies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-country environments.
• Exceptional understanding of SAP programme governance, methodology, and lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail sector, including POS, supply chain, e-commerce integration, and omnichannel enablement.
• Prior experience managing transformations on international programmes and rollouts.
• SAP certifications (Programme/Project Management or S/4HANA).
