Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and oversee SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure SAP solutions meet the highest standards of performance and functionality.
- Lead quality reviews, including testing, defect management, and post-implementation quality assessments.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and SAP best practices for quality management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with project deliverables and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, project teams, and senior management, maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and project objectives.
- Provide regular project status updates and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on quality assurance and quality management.
- Proven experience leading SAP implementation projects, with a strong understanding of SAP modules, workflows, and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and tools, including test management, defect tracking, and automation testing.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP solution architecture and integration, as well as system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
