Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern SAP Project Systems (PS) financial structures across projects and portfolios
- Ensure WBS integrity, accurate project setup, and alignment between commercial, operational, and financial structures
- Support end-to-end project financial flows across SAP, MSP, CRM, procurement, billing, and reporting systems
- Manage project creation, modifications, settlements, and financial master data governance
- Drive automation and system enhancement initiatives within Project Finance
- Transition processes from manual trackers to SAP-based reporting and governance
- Ensure alignment with IFRS and revenue recognition requirements
- Support invoicing readiness and financial milestone tracking
- Monitor data consistency between operational execution and financial reporting
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial controls
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on system improvements, UAT, and testing
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards for improved project visibility and forecasting
- Perform root-cause analysis for system and process issues impacting projects
- Contribute to standardization of Project Finance governance across entities
