We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Digital Transformation Consultant to support enterprise-wide SAP implementation and digital transformation initiatives within the real estate sector.
The successful candidate will contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, system integration, technical development, data migration, and deployment activities. The role will also support business process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making through SAP-enabled solutions.
You will collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including technical design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and SAP solutions.
- Develop and enhance SAP technical components, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and custom applications.
- Design and support integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party enterprise applications.
- Work with relevant SAP integration technologies, APIs, and middleware to enable seamless data exchange.
- Participate in data migration, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data-loading activities.
- Support workflow automation and digital process optimization initiatives using appropriate SAP technologies.
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to enable effective data utilization and business insights.
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, test scenarios, and deployment records.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP technical consulting, SAP implementation, or enterprise digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, or major enhancement projects.
- Experience with SAP technical development and integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Knowledge of SAP architecture, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Experience working with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Contract Details
- Job Location: Dubai, UAE
- Contract: 12 months extendable
- Notice: 30 days max
- Nationality: GCC and European nationals only.
