SAP S/4 HANA EAM Lead Consultant

The SAP S/4 HANA EAM Lead Consultant will facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules, specifically PM (Plant Maintenance), SAM (Strategic Asset Management), and WCM (Work Clearance Management). Key responsibilities include:

• Performing detailed analysis of complex business processes and providing appropriate system solutions.
• Conducting workshops to collect business requirements.
• Customizing and configuring PM, SAM, and WCM based on client needs.
• Identifying and documenting customer requirements.
• Acting as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Providing consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience focusing on SAP EAM.
• Expert knowledge of SAP PM solution capabilities and extensive customizing experience with SAP PM, SAM, and WCM.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and strong consultancy skills.

Language Requirement:
Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory (both written and verbal).
