Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EAM.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications.
- Design, customize, configure, and test the SAP EAM system.
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as a liaison with the client for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Support the current Material Management (MM) footprint.
- Conduct SAP EAM process configuration.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in implementing and supporting SAP EAM.
- Expert knowledge in SAP EAM solution capabilities and business process configurations.
- Significant customizing experience within SAP EAM.
- Excellent consultancy and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
Additional Skills:
- Experience in writing functional requirements and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and in project teams.
- Proactively propose solutions to enhance EAM business processes.
- Experience with interfaces and integration with third-party systems.
