Your Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Finance modules under supervision.
- Participate in business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis sessions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Support data migration, integration testing, and cutover activities.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and document issues for resolution.
- Develop knowledge of core business processes for Finance.
- Map business processes to SAP best practices and standard functionality.
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities using SAP capabilities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation within project repositories.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and reusable content creation (templates, lessons learned).
- Follow project quality standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data, integration).
- Support stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and UAT coordination.
- Demonstrate professional behavior aligned with consulting values, client orientation, and continuous learning.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Foundational knowledge of one or more SAP modules such as: Finance (FI/CO), Controlling, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, SAC, or BTP.
- Familiarity with SAP user interface navigation and basic configuration principles.
- Understanding of data structures, master data, and process integration in SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
- Awareness of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
