SAP SD Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our growing SAP practice and play a key role in delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, along with integration knowledge across Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), and Finance (FI).

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, lead design and process workshops, configure SAP solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer service processes including warranty management, service notifications, service orders, repair processes, and resource-related billing within SAP S/4HANA environments.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Support Projects
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales (SAP SD) module with Integration Knowledge on SAP MM, PS and FI
• Knowledge on SAP CS: Warranty, Service Notification, Service Order, Repair Sales order, DIP profile, Resource related Billing, Onsite Repair, In-House Repair, Depot Repair is ideal
• Experience in driving and executing the design/process workshops & excellent client interaction skills
• Perform testing, user training, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of relevant SAP SD experience
• Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of SAP Customer Service and After-Sales Service processes
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• SAP Certification in SAP S/4HANA is a must
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred
• Preference would be someone who came from industry domain background
