SAP Service Delivery Manager - D2

The SAP Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for managing ongoing services to clients, ensuring that the service meets contractual requirements and service level agreements. Key responsibilities include overseeing the quality provision of services and reporting on it, managing day-to-day operations to ensure that contractual commitments are met, proactively managing relationships with clients or client representatives to maintain high levels of satisfaction, collaborating with clients to agree on service improvements based on service delivery realization and deviations, and planning overall client relationship strategies with a focus on cost reduction, service improvement, and new business.
