About the Job:
We are looking for a professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) to join the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage with clients, coach teams, and communicate effectively across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Line of Business (LOB) processes and the ability to navigate complexities in implementation projects.

Job Description:

• Must Have:

  • Client engagement and listening skills
  • Proven experience in coaching and training
  • Strong communication abilities across diverse teams
  • Deep understanding of LOB business processes

• Good-to-Have:

  • Experience working with the SAU Government

Responsibilities:

• Obtain the necessary certification in LMS
• Achieve senior-level knowledge in implementing LMS and integration with other internal modules or third parties
• Apply SAP best practices along with SAP Activate methodologies during implementation
• Implement custom solutions or business configurations as needed
• Provide training for customers in Arabic
• Manage, monitor, and escalate any project-related issues
