SAP SF-Workforce Management

The SAP HCM Functional Consultant Senior supports the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solutions. They work closely with HR teams to ensure the system is tailored to organizational needs, focusing on areas such as Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning Management System, Employee Central Service Centre, Workforce Planning, Compensation Management, and Benefits. The consultant ensures that SAP systems meet organizational HR needs efficiently. This senior-level consultant provides expertise in integrating HCM solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and Non-SAP applications, resolving complex issues, and guiding business process improvements.
