Job Description:
Required Technical Skill Set:

  • SAP SRM
    • Must-Have:
      • At least 2 End-to-End SAP SRM implementation projects
      • Functional expertise in Organizational setup, Sourcing, Catalog management (MDM), Service procurement, Supplier enablement & evaluation, and Contract Management
      • Experience in procurement for the public sector – RFx process, Auctions, Live Bidding, Two envelope Bidding with Document collaboration
      • Configuration experience in Extended classic scenario, SRM-SUS, ROS, PDP scenario, and Process controlled workflows
      • Strong integration experience between SRM, MM, and FI
    • Good-to-Have:
      • S4 HANA MM and KSA public sector localization knowledge

Responsibilities and Expectations from the Role:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation activities including process understanding, business designs, blueprint preparation, static data collection, master data preparation, cutover, data migration, user training, and user acceptance.
  • Understand business requirements and transform them to the SAP environment.
  • Prepare functional specifications and conduct unit tests, SITs, and UATs.
  • Configure MM/SRM organizational structure (company codes, plants, storage locations, purchasing organization, and purchasing group).
  • Configure procurement processes (contracts, catalogs, shopping carts, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices).
  • Configure business process workflows for procurement processes.
