Job Description:
- At least 2 End-to-End SAP SRM implementation projects.
- Functional expertise in the following areas:
- Organizational setup
- Sourcing
- Catalog management (MDM)
- Service procurement
- Supplier enablement & evaluation
- Contract Management
- Procurement processes knowledge including RFx processes, auctions, live bidding, and two-envelope bidding with document collaboration.
- Configuration experience in various scenarios:
- Extended Classic scenario
- SRM-SUS
- ROS
- PDP scenario
- Process-controlled workflows
- Strong integration experience between SRM, MM, and FI.
- Engagement in end-to-end implementation activities, which cover:
- Process understanding
- Business designs
- Blueprint preparation
- Static data collection
- Master data preparation
- Cutover
- Data migration
- User training
- User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ability to understand business requirements and transform them into the SAP environment.
- Preparation of functional specifications and conducting unit tests, system integration tests (SITs), and UATs.
- Configuration of MM/SRM organizational structures including company codes, plants, storage locations, purchasing organizations, and purchasing groups.
- Configuration of procurement processes such as contracts, catalogs, shopping carts, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices.
- Configure business process workflows for procurement processes.
