Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of SAP Success Factors consultants, providing direction and guidance.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP Success Factors projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements.
- Design and configure SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and customizing their Success Factors solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Success Factors.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modules.
- Proven experience in designing and configuring Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful SAP Success Factors projects.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in full-cycle SAP Success Factors implementation projects.
- Certification in SAP Success Factors is preferred.
