Responsibilities & Expectations for the Role:
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Experience with Employee Central (EC) and RCM integrations.
- Proficiency in Document Management Systems for maintaining documents such as offer letters and NDAs, with a solid understanding of GDPR implications.
- Integrating with third-party vendors for background checks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies particularly in data migration strategy and execution is highly favored.
- Management of pre-day 1 hire processes in EC, utilizing document signature tools like DocuSign and Adobe Sign.
- Experience with Career Site Builder, including RMK branding and configuration, along with integration with RCM.
- Strong ability to reconfigure recruiting workflows, career sites, and job postings, thereby enhancing the candidate experience.
