SAP Successfactor (SF) Consultant

As an Application Consultant, you will understand the client’s business processes, both current and future, and map these to the technologies being used. This involves distinguishing what can be achieved through a standard implementation versus what modifications or extensions are required. Responsibilities include functionally customizing the application, collaborating with application developers on enhancements, and working with business users to implement process changes.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize business or technical solutions while leveraging colleagues and partners.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of at least one methodology, with advanced understanding of one or more business domains and SaaS or package software solutions.
• Engage with industry innovations and competitor activities, and contribute to knowledge development internally and externally.
• Lead process improvements and perform "as is" or "to be" analysis on business processes or IT.
• Advise clients on the implementation of package modules.
• Facilitate workshops, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Actively participate in technology communities and maintain relevant certifications on SaaS or package-based solutions.
