About the Role
An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant is sought to support a major SAP SuccessFactors HR transformation programme in the UAE. The role comprises providing functional expertise across SuccessFactors configuration, HR process transformation, and stakeholder engagement. The consultant will play a crucial role throughout the transformation journey, from requirements and solution design through to testing, migration, go-live, and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery sessions, process assessments, and fit-to-standard workshops.
- Translate HR requirements into practical SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and validate assigned SuccessFactors modules.
- Support solution design and ensure configurations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with SAP standards.
- Review implementation-partner designs, configurations, and deliverables and provide functional challenge where appropriate.
- Work with HR leadership, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve process, system, and integration issues.
- Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and HR master-data activities.
- Assist with System Integration Testing, UAT, defect resolution, and release readiness.
- Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Contribute to Role-Based Permissions, workflows, approvals, privacy, and access-control requirements.
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, payroll platforms, and other HR systems.
- Produce functional documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Requirements
We are looking for professionals with:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Experience participating in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation.
- Strong Employee Central experience.
- Experience across one or more additional areas such as Talent, Time, Payroll integration, or other SuccessFactors modules.
- Practical experience with configuration, workflows, Role-Based Permissions, testing, defect resolution, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with sensitive employee information and HR security/privacy requirements.
- UAE/GCC HR or payroll experience is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly desirable, while additional SuccessFactors certifications will be an advantage.
