Job Description:
Required Technical Skill Set: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
Must-Have:

• Proven knowledge in SuccessFactors EC Architecture, Data Models, RBP, Workflow, FO & MDF, Business Rule, Time off & Time off Structure, Time Account, Position management, Report Center, Admin Center.
• Proficient with Payroll Unified Configuration, Automatic replication, Push replication, Point to Point Replication, Replication log analysis, Payroll Switches, Payroll configuration, Basic Pay, Factoring, PCRs, Schema, Function, PCC, EOS, Off-Cycles, Social Insurance, Company loans, Payroll Finance posting.
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in both ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
• Successful completion of at least one SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll project.
• An SAP certification in “SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll” is mandatory.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
