Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP SuccessFactors modules under supervision.
• Participate in business requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis sessions.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation.
• Support data migration, integration testing, and cutover activities.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and document issues for resolution.
• Develop knowledge of core business processes for Human Resources.
• Map business processes to SAP best practices and standard functionality.
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities using SAP capabilities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation within project repositories.
• Contribute to the knowledge base and reusable content creation (templates, lessons learned).
• Follow project quality standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data, integration).
• Support stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and UAT coordination.
• Demonstrate professional behavior aligned with consulting values, client orientation, and continuous learning.
