Key Responsibilities:

SAP Cloud Delivery & AMS Governance:
- Lead the governance and operational oversight of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments.
- Manage recurring AMS governance activities, service reviews, and technical priorities.
- Monitor incidents, service requests, and DevOps tickets to ensure escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate technical and techno-functional teams to resolve complex platform issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of AMS processes, service quality, and platform stability.

Release & Change Management:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition release cycles within a 3-System Landscape (3SL).
- Conduct Release Assessment & Scope Dependency (RASD) evaluations.
- Coordinate release readiness, testing, deployment, and business continuity activities.
- Deliver “What’s New” sessions to teams and govern technical changes across the SAP landscape.

SAP BTP & Technical Platform Management:
- Oversee the administration and governance of SAP BTP, including CPI, Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), and Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC).
- Monitor integrations, applications, databases, and overall platform health.
- Manage SAP OSS activities and technical escalations.

IAM, Risk & Compliance:
- Conduct IAM and authorization reviews as part of release and operational governance.
- Support GRC audits and maintain appropriate technical controls.
- Identify technical, operational, and compliance risks, coordinating remediation efforts.

Stakeholder & Service Management:
- Act as a key technical coordination point across AMS, functional, and technical teams.
- Communicate platform health, risks, incidents, releases, and improvement initiatives to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, ideally within a 3-System Landscape (3SL).
- Proven experience leading SAP AMS delivery and operational support.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP, particularly CPI, MBC, and DRC.
- Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud release and upgrade management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
