Key Responsibilities:

SAP Technical Delivery & AMS Governance:
- Lead the technical delivery and operational governance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition environments.
- Manage AMS governance, technical service reviews, operational priorities, and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor incidents, service requests, escalations, and DevOps tickets, ensuring effective resolution.
- Work hands-on with technical and techno-functional teams to resolve complex SAP platform issues.
- Drive service stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the SAP landscape.

Release & Change Management:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition release cycles.
- Coordinate release readiness, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Govern technical changes, transports, and deployments across SAP environments.

SAP BTP & Platform Management:
- Provide oversight and governance of SAP BTP services and integrations.
- Monitor SAP CPI / Integration Suite and troubleshoot platform issues as required.

IAM, Risk & Compliance:
- Perform IAM, authorization, and access reviews.
- Support SAP GRC activities, audits, and technical control reviews.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and coordinate technical and techno-functional teams.
- Act as a key interface between SAP technical teams, functional teams, service providers, and senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Proven experience in SAP Technical Delivery, AMS, and operational governance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, integration monitoring, and service management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience in multi-country or international enterprise environments.
- Fluent in French and English.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in a 3-System Landscape (3SL).
- Knowledge of RASD and SAP Public Cloud release assessment processes.
- Experience with SAP Preferred Success.
