We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - SAP Hybris to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the SAP Hybris backend development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify skill gaps and provide training or development opportunities for team members.
- Oversee the planning, design, development, and implementation of SAP Hybris projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Hybris solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in SAP Hybris architecture, design, and development.
- Ensure best practices in coding, design, and architecture are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Hybris.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the SAP Hybris platform.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP Hybris and e-commerce technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality SAP Hybris solutions that meet their needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris (Commerce) development and implementation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP Hybris architecture, data modeling, and integration.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- SAP Hybris certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable.
