SAP Technology Analyst - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP Finance (FI) modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements in line with SLA commitments.
• Assist in SAP FI configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.
• Support integration points between SAP FI and other modules such as Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Prepare functional specifications and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and system configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles such as IFRS and GAAP.
• Exposure to SAP support or AMS environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-facing environment.
