SAP Testing - HCM

This full-time position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an application deadline of June 30, 2025.

The role requires proficiency in Arabic and involves a comprehensive understanding of business scenarios pertaining to the HCM module. Candidates should have experience in end-to-end SAP S4 implementation projects, along with strong knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll, Time & Attendance Management, Learning & Development, and Performance & Compensation modules.

Key responsibilities include preparing test scenarios and scripts, validating existing scripts, preparing test data, documenting test results, and communicating test failures to module leads. Candidates should be familiar with the defect lifecycle and possess knowledge in Solution Manager/Focus Build. Coordination with interface owners to ensure accurate data transfer from SAP is crucial, as is securing client sign-off on test script results. Experience in various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) is essential. The role also involves conducting testing in Arabic.
