The company Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of the company. Designed for recent graduates, the program lasts for 2 months and aims to equip participants with the certifications and soft skills needed to start a career as an Associate Consultant. Upon completion of the training, graduates will be closely introduced to various opportunities with the company's customers and partners to work as Consultants.

The role of a Consultant encompasses both Functional and Technical functions, contributing to the blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects. Consultants will provide business process and functional expertise, ensuring that clients' investment in the company's software and consulting services makes their business successful. They are also responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction and growing referenceable customers through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.

Requirements:
- Candidates must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to their career aspirations;
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a field related to Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI;
- Preferably, candidates should have graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof of this may be requested);
- A keen interest in starting a career involving travel is essential;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Full-time availability from 9 AM – 6 PM, Sunday to Thursday, throughout the training period;
- The program commences at the beginning of November 2026;
- The training will take place online in a virtual live classroom format, so strong internet connectivity is necessary to participate.
