Responsibilities
As a Consultant, you will be involved in:
- Contributing to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects.
- Providing business process and functional expertise as well as project guidance to ensure clients maximize their investment in company software and consulting services.
- Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction across your accounts and growing referenceable customers through effective investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.
Requirements
To be eligible for the company Young Professionals Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to career aspirations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
- Preferably graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile (proof may be requested).
- Strong interest in pursuing a company-related career involving travel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Available full-time from 9am to 6pm, Sunday to Thursday, during the training period, starting mid-November 2026.
- Reliable internet access for participating in online virtual live classroom sessions.
