This position involves reviewing and designing the architecture and performance of various control systems, including SCADA, EMS, GMS, and DTS. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing future Load Distribution Center architectures and creating technical specifications and emergency control center assessments.

Responsibilities

Review current SCADA/EMS/GMS/DTS architecture, topology, redundancy, and performance.
Design future active-active Load Distribution Centers architecture with database synchronization and failover logic.
Develop technical specifications, RFP requirements, and Emergency Control Center role assessment.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Control, or Computer Engineering.
5+ years of experience with utility SCADA/EMS, preferably with Hitachi NM or equivalent.
Experience in dual-site or disaster recovery architecture design.
Knowledge of CIM (IEC 61970/61968) is considered an advantage.
