Schneider Digital Business Partner

The company is looking for a Digital Business Partner to cover various business domains, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Digital Customer Relations, Solutions Business, Finance, Field Services, AI, and Unify J2R. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of functional needs and deployment projects, establishing and maintaining relationships with entity-based customers, overseeing project deployment, and identifying business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in strategy discussions and annual financial operating plans.
• Driving the adoption and measurable business value of digital transformation projects and AI initiatives.
• Supporting cluster and zone management in defining digital strategies.
• Managing project demands and ensuring alignment with global strategy while addressing local business needs.
• Conducting performance reviews with external vendors and managing operational activities for application services.

You should possess excellent technical skills and understanding of technical concepts, strong relationship management and influencing skills, good project and time management capabilities, the ability to negotiate 3rd party contracts, and be self-driven with a collaborative team spirit. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.

Proficiency in relevant languages that support the diverse cultural and economic geography of the Middle East & Africa will be beneficial.
