Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and data engineers, to identify data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Gather and preprocess large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Design, train and finetune AI models for computer vision tasks.
- Design, train and finetune AI models for pattern and anomaly detection.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to model data, predict outcomes, and identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and implement algorithms and models to optimize business processes and improve business performance.
- Interpret and communicate analysis results to non-technical stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with data engineers to deploy and integrate data models and algorithms into production systems.
- Stay updated with the latest data science methodologies and industry best practices, integrating them into our data science projects.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and machine learning.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages, such as Python.
- Experience designing, training and finetuning models in computer vision, pattern analysis, anomalies detection or data mining fields.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to communicate insights effectively.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data normalization techniques.
- Experience with machine learning model formats (ONNX, etc).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to approach complex business problems analytically.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
