The company is seeking a Scientist, C4ISR Systems Solutions Architect based in Abu Dhabi. This senior role involves the overall design of C4ISR systems, including network architecture, Battle Management Systems (BMS), and data processing and dissemination from multiple ISR platforms. A key focus will be on modernizing and developing new C4ISR systems to support joint operations, recommending data models, standards, and formats for these systems, and ensuring interoperability through open standards.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Expat Position (3 Years).
Business travel across the Middle East is required, approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and designing C4ISR architectures that integrate cutting-edge technologies.
- Integrating artificial intelligence to enhance system capabilities and data analysis.
- Driving strategies for customer adoption of new and modern C4ISR systems.
- Collaborating across sectors to create integrated solutions.
- Managing technical relationships with customers to ensure their requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Engineering (or a related science discipline).
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience (or 10+ years with a Master’s degree).
- At least 8 years of experience in C4ISR systems design, including large-scale integrated battle management systems and tactical radio networks.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with the company Falcon Radio product line.
- Understanding of military vehicle networks and various communication protocols.
- Knowledge of challenges in interoperability, data fusion, and real-time processing.
- Familiarity with concepts like JADC2 and modern network-enabled warfighting.
- Extensive knowledge of modern military operations.
