The company is seeking a Scientist, C4ISR Systems Solutions Architect for our Abu Dhabi location. This senior role involves the overall design of C4ISR systems, including the network architecture, Battle Management Systems (BMS), and data processing, fusion, and dissemination from multiple ISR platforms. The focus will be on modernizing and developing new C4ISR systems to support joint operations. Key responsibilities include designing network-centric communication architectures, recommending data models, evaluating analysis tools, and ensuring interoperability through open standards. Candidates will work closely with end-users and engineering teams to define requirements and collaborate with third-party vendors. This role also emphasizes integrating artificial intelligence to enhance system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design C4ISR architectures integrating existing and new technologies.
- Implement strategies to drive customer adoption of modernized C4ISR systems.
- Collaborate across sectors and segments for cohesive solutions.
- Manage technical relationships with customers to meet their requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related science discipline. Non-engineering or non-science majors will not be considered.
- 12 years of related experience, or 10+ years with a Master’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in C4ISR systems design, including integrated battle management systems and tactical radio networks.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Understanding of the company Falcon Radio product line and military vehicle networks.
- Knowledge of interoperability challenges and data fusion within dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with modern warfighting concepts, such as JADC2.
- Experience in scalable C4ISR systems design.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and Enterprise Architecture standards.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
